'The Final Solution', often referred to as the Genocide or the mass destruction of the Jews, outlined to wipe out the whole Jewish race to create a perfect race in Germany; which the Nazi's thought was the solution to all the problems they were facing.
The genocide; the persecution and the segregation of the Jews consisted of different stages. After September of 1939 the Nazi's first established Ghettos in central and eastern Poland. These areas were separated from Germany because Hitler didn't want the Germans to find out about this imprisonment which was happening. The next stage was relocation- they were relocated to concentration camps or death camps. The Nazi's first shot the Jews dead in mass graves. But soon, they realized that they needed the guns for the war effort. So they developed a more sufficient way of killing a greater number of people. In 1 year, 1 million Jews were killed either due to imprisonment or killing taken place in the death camps. |
